With the explosion of aftermarket parts for the 2005 & newer Mustangs, many claim "greatest power gains" which are just not true. Big Daddy Performance is proud to introduce its new "No Tuning Required" Cold Air Intake Kit and "Performance" Cold Air Kit.
The BDP "No Tune" Cold Air Kit was developed after extensive testing on the new 3V 4.6 Mustang. This new system increases horsepower without any modifications to the factory computer settings. No need to purchase a tuner or pay extra for dyno tuning. Just bolt-on, and go! The kit comes with a specially calibrated Mass Air Meter, Intake Tube, Air Box and a re-usable Air Filter.
The base numbers on our Mustang with an automatic was 258hp and 275ft tq. With the addition of the BDP "No Tune" Cold Air Kit, the numbers jumped to 280hp and 285ft tq. Without even touching the stock computer.
ADD A SET OF KOOKS CUSTOM HEADERS FOR BIGGER GAINS!!!
The addition of a set of Kooks Custom Headers with the BDP Power Induction CAI Kit shows a significant increase across the power band. At 2600 rpm a gain of 5hp, at 3600 rpm a gain of 12 hp....and at 4600 rpm an increase of 24hp and 27 ft lb tq.
