The quality and professionalism I experienced at Big Daddy's was second to none. I know everyone of Dwayne and Mike's customers can attest to that. That's not why I'm posting here though. For me it was about how they made me feel. It's been a long time since I was a teenager, but with this being my first Mustang, I feel like I did way back when I saw my first one and dreamed of the day I would have one of my own. Well that day has finally come, and like most of you probably remember when you got your first, the excitement is off the charts. I can only imagine how foolish I must have seemed when I first walked into the shop and my jaw dropped. With all the time and experience Dwayne has in the industry, I wouldn't have blamed him at all if he tried to just finish up my car to get me out of there. Instead, he welcomed my excitement, and made me feel right at home, as if he were going through this for the first time as well. cannot stress enough how comfortable and confident I was with the job done to my car, and how impressed I was with the knowledge and understanding both he and Mike have. When my gears where complete, he took out his camera and started taking pictures. Something a small as a gear change, and I was made to feel like part of the family. There is no question that Big Daddy Performance has one more loyal customer, for my current car, and those I still dream about owning from time to time.

I've been in touch with several tuners regarding an upgrade to the TVS2300 blower. I iether never got a call back or was given the run around by all of them .. except Big Daddy's. Dwayne promptly called me back himself, gave me a thorough understanding of his process and had an estimate on the way within a couple days. Service is king in this industry and BDP owns.

Whats up Big Daddy and Mike? Today I made the trip down to you guys from Brooklyn, NY and boy am I glad that I came to you guys! Both Big Daddy and Mike are probably the nicest people you will ever meet. The quality of work, the cleanliness of the shop, the professionalism of the guys, I can just go on and on. I came to BDP because of a problem that the "shop" I used to go could not fix a 3 month issue. Gee, some "mechanic" he is. I felt very welcome and at home upon arrival at BDP, and when my problem was PROMPTLY diagnosed & fixed today, I will GLADLY and PROUDLY make another 65 mile/1 and 1/2 hour trip to BDP! Thanks sooo much Mike and Dwayne!!

I've been to a few other shop in the past before I came to yours and I can tell you they all haven't measured up. I appreciate all your honesty and knowledge. My first experience with BDP was great! I was very pleased with all that was done.Big Daddy and Mike would get deep into details on the phone and give me tons of usefull information before even meeting me in person! That let me know that BDP is the place to be! We set up a date(fit me right in)for a custom tune on my cobra. To narrow it down...The shop is awesome, the service is fantastic(BD&Mike) and the h.p outcome is unreal! BDP = Happy Customer : )

Just want to thank you for working on my car the last couple times on such short notice. I'm very happy with my car and the work done to it in your shop. I ran a 12.29@116.24mph with a 1.822 60' yesterday. I feel like the car is getting faster the more i get to know it and figure it out. Didn't want to interupt you with a phone call to tell you that. I'll be in touch soon to get my rotors and pads changed and to discuss the future of my engine.

I went to BDP because my stang had no driveability and hesitation. I also wanted them to replace the pulley on my blower with a 2.75 pulley and dyno tune my car...I've had many different opinions on what the problem may have been, buy until I went to BDP issues were never resolved...They're expert advise and knowledgable expertise made my car run a 100x's better and made my street car a pleasure to drive...I'm returning to them for further performance additions and dyno result's are sure to follow...Thank you BDP for all your help!!!

Dwayne at Big Daddy Performance was awesome. He is an amazing mechanic and fixed a problem my mustang had that others couldn't figure out. I was very impressed how he fixed the problem it was having and also bumped up the hp by quite a bit. I was not only pleased about the work done on my mustang, but also the professionalism, honesty, and knowledge. Thanks to Dwayne, my mustang has never run better and is wicked fast!
